芝士跟葡萄酒一樣,分有不同的產區、製造方法、原材料、質感及味道,要為每種芝士配上適合的葡萄酒,有一些基本原則可以跟從。芝士配葡萄酒的方法分別是:鹹配甜、酸性配酸性、Creamy配氣泡或丹寧、濃味配重果味或Full Bodied、淡味配淡味及同產地互相配合。
